	Service robot? What is that? Unlike industrial robots, which are permanently installed and have specific functions, service robots work independently. For example, you can move independently, recognize and avoid people and obstacles, deliver goods and much more. In recent years, household robots have found their way into many private individuals and take care of vacuum cleaning or lawn mowing. We offer robots that support workers in the commercial sector and are also popular with customers and guests.

	What does (v)SLAM or LIDAR mean? LIDAR stands for Light Detection and Ranging, (v)SLAM means (visual) Simultaneous Localization and Mapping Service robots record their working environment via a built-in scanner (LIDAR) and at the same time create a plan of their environment via SLAM. After this process has been completed, special software can be used to plan tours, define areas and name destination points such as the charging station, kitchen, bar, reception, tables, etc.

	How long can a service robot work? Our service robots are equipped with powerful batteries that are completely sufficient for a normal work shift. When the battery level is low, the robots automatically go to their charging station and refill their batteries.< /p>

	What does a robot do in the catering and hotel industry? Our robots take on annoying tasks such as walking and carrying without complaint, thereby relieving the burden on staff weakened by the shortage of skilled workers. They can carry loads of up to 40kg and can therefore transport large quantities of food and drinks, bring dirty dishes into the kitchen or carry guests' luggage.
