How does the self-service kiosk work?

1. Order

Appealing videos whet your guests' appetites and make them thirsty, leading to larger orders.
With our Digital Signage module, you can display scheduled advertisements to your guests.

2. Pay

Each guest places their order and pays easily via NFC at the screen using a card, mobile phone, or prepaid card.

3. Pick up

All orders appear on your kitchen display and on the guest monitor.
Your guests can quickly see when an order is ready for pickup.

Why swiss delicious®?
A number of providers of digital menus have emerged in recent years.

As early as 2010, swiss delicious® implemented the first digital tablet-based food and beverage menu at the Mama Puccini restaurant in Kufstein, Austria. This was complemented by a basic version of what is now our advanced order monitor.
In 2011, we presented the digital menu to a broad audience for the first time at the FAFGA trade fair in Innsbruck.
In 2012, visitors to the Internorga trade fair in Hamburg were able to experience version 2.0 of our tablet menu. You can watch a video from 2012 here.

We recognized very early on that the digital menu streamlines many restaurant processes and significantly eases the workload for both service staff and the kitchen.
For instance, service staff save on walking back and forth, while guests experience shorter wait times and can place follow-up orders more quickly.
Our self-service kiosk is compatible with all our products and integrates fully into our POS system; alternatively, it can function as a standalone solution alongside other POS systems.
